Family Reveals The Main Reason Why Kisii Man Beheaded His Two Children Aged 10 Months And Two years

Three days ago, news hit the Kenyan headlines that a Kisii-based man hacked to death his two children, aged 10 months and two and a half years, The father later dumped the bodies in a nearby maize plantation. Nelson Ontita is the name of the person behind the heinous.He was arrested by police after he was reported to have been seen carrying a machete a few moments after the incident.

Mr. Nelson was earlier today arraigned in court, where the prosecution requested he be held in police custody for the next 14 days as they finish up their investigations. He will be later arraigned in court again, where he will be allowed to enter his plea on the matter.

Recently, the family of the accused met up with a local news outlet, where they revealed the possible reason as to why their kin murdered his own blood in a cold-blooded manner. According to Jackson Ontita, the father of the deceased, he revealed that his son was mentally ill, which could be one of the reasons why he may have committed the crime. The father further revealed that his son started being mentally unstable way back in 2009, and they had even hospitalized him several times.

When attacked by his bouts of mental instability, the son would be violent, and he would sometimes attack people. The father also revealed that they had spent a lot of money hospitalizing his son, and by the time he committed the heinous crime, they were actually planning on taking him to Mathare mental hospital.

Currently, there are no reports of a mental evaluation being conducted on the victim to determine his state of mind, but I believe the proper process will be followed before he is charged. It's so sad that the two little angels had to undergo the tormenting ordeal. under the hands of their own father. Rest in peace, little angels.
